Sierra began working at Writers Theatre in 2018 as part of the Audience Services team and then joined the Advancement Department full-time in 2019. Sierra manages relationships with foundation, corporate, and government partners. She also assists with department projects and is a co-chair of the Workplace Culture and Anti-Racism Working Group. Sierra is a graduate of the James Madison University School of Theatre and Dance, with a concentration in Theatre Studies. As a trained new play dramaturg and published culture writer, Sierra is an advocate for all things Chicago theatre!
