Phoebe González

At Writers Theatre: Quixote: On the Conquest of Self

Chicago credits include The Bridges of Madison County (Marriott Theatre), La Havana Madrid (Teatro Vista), Wit and You on the Moors Now (The Hypocrites, understudy). She is a graduate of Northwestern University, where she studied acting, music theatre and playwriting. While a student, her play The Next Left was written in partnership with Jenny Avery and Next Theatre, and received its first public reading as an extension of the Agnes Nixon Festival. She is also a co-creator of Casting Call Revisited, a web series devoted to empowering actors of color to perform material they are passionate about, regardless of their "look."
