Lydia Fine

At Writers Theatre: The Hunter and The Bear, The Old Man and The Old Moon

Lydia is a New York City based set, costume and puppet designer and has been working with PigPen Theatre Company since their days together at Carnegie Mellon University. When Lydia is not playing with shadow puppets, she is working on a variety of projects including feature films, music videos, live music performances, internet talk shows, photo shoots and environmental event design. She is interested in creating spectacular atmospheres for intimate and social experiences in which unique interactive events can thrive. Past projects include the New York run of The Old Man and The Old Moon (Off-Broadway), Darren Aronofsky’s Noah, Todd Haynes’ Mildred Pierce (film) and multiple designs for music performances with the San Francisco-based yours truly.
