HARMONY ZHANG is thrilled to be working at Writers Theatre for the first time! Proudly based in Chicago, Harmony was originally from bright and sunny Tucson, Arizona. Notable educational credits include: An Experiment with an Air Pump (Ellen), Mr. Burns: A Post-Electric Play (Maria/Lisa Simpson), The House of Bernarda Alba (Angustias), and The Wong Kids in the Secret of the Space Chupacabra, Go! (Violet). Regional credits include King of the Yees (Lauren Yee) at Sierra Madre Playhouse, the world premiere of Hershel & The Hanukkah Goblins at Strawdog Theatre Company, and Kentucky (u/s Sophie) with The Gift Theatre. Favorite on-screen credits include The Red Line (CBS), a State Farm commercial on social media (Clap Snack Girl), Noodles and Incense (dir. Rey Tang), and BJ's Mobile Gift Shop (dir. Jason Park). She is grateful to her family, friends, and agents for their support, as well as to God for His unwavering faithfulness in all things. Harmony is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Illinois.
