Eamon Foley
At Writers Theatre: Next to Normal
Eamon Foley hails from NYC, where he is Artistic Director of Grind Arts Company, creating innovative musical theater productions on stage and on film. His career began at nine years old in the original Broadway casts of Gypsy, Assassins, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, 13! The Musical and Everyday Rapture before getting his degree in Anthropology from Princeton University. He has directed and choreographed Nine, Sweeney Todd, The Last Five Years, Cyrano and Hero (Author), along with the films Sinnerman, Color + Light and Brown Rice (Queerty Award Nomination). As choreographer, he collaborates with Michael Arden on productions such as Merrily We Roll Along (NAACP Theater Award Nomination) and Annie at the Hollywood Bowl, along with film directors Graham Phillips, Becca Gleason, and Ian Pfaff.
