David Castellanos
David returns for his 17th season with Writers Theatre—the longest he has worked at any institution. Some of David's favorite WT productions have been Crime and Punishment, A Minister's Wife, Our Town and The Old Man and The Old Moon. Castellanos began his training at The Theatre School at DePaul University and graduated with a B.F.A. in Production Stage Management. David worked at several small theaters in Chicago and around the country before returning home. He worked for three seasons at Northlight Theatre and four seasons at Chicago Shakespeare Theater. David also teaches at the University of Illinois at Chicago's theatre program. David is a proud member of the Actors' Equity Association.
