Originally from Highland Park, IL, Bradley Grant Smith received a BFA in Acting from the Theatre School at DePaul University. Chicago theatre highlights include There's Always the Hudson (Goodman Theatre), Hatfield & McCoy (The House Theatre of Chicago), fml: how carson mccullers saved my life (Steppenwolf Theatre), The Casuals (Jackalope Theatre) and The Weir (Irish Theatre of Chicago). Film credits include: Saint Frances, The Ice Harvest, Working Man, Let's Go to Prison, Dig Two Graves and King Rat. TV: Southside, Chicago Fire, Underemployed, and the Beast. His music appeared (as Sad Brad Smith) in the Oscar-nominated film, Up in the Air, starring Amal Clooney's husband, and as a filmmaker, his first feature film, Our Father, a sad comedy, is on its way to festivals.
