Arik joined Writers Theatre in March of 2017 as a member of the Advancement Department. As Associate Director of Technology, he now oversees the Tessitura database, interfacing with multiple departments to support the use and analysis of patron data. He also provides additional technology support to the company striving to maintain and implement best practices. Prior to WT, Arik worked as the General Manager of The Sandra Feinstein-Gamm Theatre (The Gamm), an equity theater in Pawtucket, RI. Over the course of his seven years at The Gamm he worked in almost every department. Major projects at The Gamm included producing the 2015 Gamm Gala and co-creating the Rhode Island Teaching Artists Center. Outside of his time working with arts non-profits, Arik has produced five award-winning short films with Four Frogs Productions as entries in the 48 Hour Film Project, a global filmmaking competition. He lives in Evanston with his wife, Amanda, and their dogs, Misha and Merida (@misha_merida).
