Broadway credits include: Metamorphoses, I Am My Own Wife and The Clean House (Lincoln Center). Chicago credits include numerous productions for Lookingglass Theatre (artistic associate), Court Theatre (1999-02 resident artist), Victory Gardens Theatre (resident designer), About Face Theatre (artistic associate), Goodman Theatre, Steppenwolf Theatre Company and many other Chicago and regional theatres.

A selection of his projects include 33 Variations (Arena Stage), After The Quake (Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Long Wharf, La Jolla Playhouse and Berkeley Repertory Theatre), Argonautika (Lookingglass Theatre, McCarter Theatre, Berkeley Repertory, D.C. Shakespeare), Average Family · (Minneapolis Children's Theatre), The Clay Cart (Oregon Shakespeare Festival), Thyestes (Court Theatre), and Dead Man's Cell Phone (Steppenwolf Theatre Company). He has received 11 Joseph Jefferson Awards and Citations, an L.A.
