Alex Dauphin
At Writers Theatre: Wife of a Salesman
Dauphin is a Haitian-American director, actor, and storyteller passionate about nuancing perspectives and emboldening empathy through the arts. Recent theatre credits include Seize the King (Alliance Theatre), A Christmas Carol and The Wolves (TheatreSquared), The Light (The New Colony), and Clearing (Commission Theatre). Television credits include Ordinary Joe (NBC), Dynasty (The CW), MacGyver (FOX), Long Slow Exhale (BET), and Chicago Med (NBC). Filmmaking projects include documentary short My Black and Black Stories Project docuseries That is Racism. Dauphin holds a B.A. in Politics and African American Studies from Princeton University and is a board member of the Association of Black Princeton Alumni.
