Matthew Brumlow
At Writers Theatre: Another Part of the Forest, Loot
Brumlow is an ensemble member of American Blues Theater where he has fifteen production credits including Catch-22, The Hairy Ape, A View from the Bridge, Oklahoma!, and Tobacco Road. Matthew is a three-time equity Joseph Jefferson Award nominee and recipient of the 2014 Joseph Jefferson Award (Actor in a Principal Role, Musical) for his portrayal of "Hank Williams, Sr." in ABT's Lost Highway. Chicago credits include productions with Goodman Theatre, Court Theatre, Chicago Shakespeare Theater, Northlight Theatre, TimeLine Theatre Company, Lookingglass Theatre, Congo Square Theatre Company and many others. Regional credits include Actors Theatre of Louisville, Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Long Wharf Theatre, Kansas City Repertory Theatre, American Heartland Theatre, Montana Shakespeare in the Parks, Notre Dame Shakespeare Festival, Door Shakespeare, Peninsula Players Theatre, and eleven productions in seven seasons at Indiana Repertory Theatre including The Game's Afoot, The 39 Steps, Who Am I This Time?, Hound of the Baskervilles, and the title role in Hamlet. He also played "Stanley" in Montana Repertory Theatre's national tour of A Streetcar Named Desire. Film credits include Endings, Repatriation, Of Minor Prophets, Blur Circle and Where We Started, which was screened in Los Angeles and New York.
