Each season, Writers' Theatre offers our patrons many opportunities to go behind the scenes and gain insider access to the art on our stages. Many of these events are offered exclusively to donors at certain levels, which are indicated below.

Caviar & Conversation - The Lion in Winter
Date: Tuesday, May 13, 2008
Time: 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Director’s Society members will enjoy a lively conversation between Artistic Director Michael Halberstam and the artists of The Lion in Winter. This popular event, which will take place in the Dining Room at Tudor Court, also features a reception where attendees will have a chance to mingle with the artists.

Opening Night Celebration - The Lion in Winter
Date: Thursday, June 5, 2008
Time: 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Join the Writers’ Theatre staff and Board of Trustees in celebrating the opening night of The Lion in Winter, directed by Rick Snyder, including a post-show party with the cast and crew of the play.
Offered exclusively to donors at the $5,000 level or greater.

Garden Party
Date: Sunday, July 13, 2008
Time: 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hosted at one of the beautiful private gardens on the North Shore, this event gives guests an exclusive opportunity to sample the excitement of our next season of programming and meet like-minded theatre enthusiasts and supporters.
